I’m Emilia, a qualified nutritionist and proud graduate of Mac Nutrition Uni. I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and the powerful role it plays in helping people feel their best.

I specialise in supporting clients with Type 2 Diabetes and PCOS, helping them achieve real, sustainable results through personalised, evidence-based nutrition strategies. My approach is grounded in science, never in gimmicks, fads, or quick fixes.

I am fully insured to practise as a nutritionist and qualified to create tailored meal plans, ensuring all guidance is professional, safe, and suited to each client’s unique needs.

Having been on my own health journey, I understand the challenges that come with making lasting lifestyle changes. I combine empathy, practical guidance, and proven methods to help my clients take control of their health with confidence.

I live in Wiltshire with my husband and two children, and I’m passionate about helping others build a positive, realistic relationship with food that fits into everyday life.
