I’m Emilia, a qualified Nutritionist and Life Coach, and a proud graduate of Mac Nutrition Uni. I’m passionate about helping people feel their best, not just through nutrition, but by supporting lasting mindset and lifestyle change.
I specialise in supporting clients with weight loss, Type 2 Diabetes, and PCOS, combining evidence based nutrition with life coaching strategies to create real, sustainable results. My approach goes beyond meal plans. I help clients overcome self sabotage, build consistency, improve habits, and develop a healthier relationship with food and themselves.
As a Life Coach, I support clients in gaining clarity, building confidence, and breaking through the mental barriers that often hold them back. Whether it’s emotional eating, low motivation, or feeling stuck in cycles of starting over, I provide practical tools and accountability to help create long term change.
As a fully insured practitioner, I am qualified to create tailored meal plans, ensuring all guidance is safe, professional, and suited to each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
