6 Week Weight Loss Programme

A six-week journey for people who want to lose weight in a non-tracking, sustainable, and body-led way. No calorie counting. No rigid plans. No constant weighing or restriction. Just learning how to nourish your body properly and listen to its natural signals.
This approach is personal to me because it’s exactly how I lost 5 stone and, most importantly, maintained my weight. I know first-hand how exhausting dieting can be — and I wanted to build something that actually feels doable in real life.
The programme is made up of six modules, completed weekly, covering balanced nutrition, hunger and fullness awareness, habit building, emotional eating, meal planning, and long-term maintenance. But what really makes Nourish to Lose different is the daily accountability and feedback.
You’ll complete a simple daily food diary — including what you eat, photos of meals, and your hunger and fullness ratings — and I’ll personally review it and send you feedback every day. That daily support keeps you focused, consistent, and feeling truly supported.
As I’m a certified nutritionist, everything is evidence-based and tailored to real life.

Initial Consultation & Plan

Your Initial Nutrition Consultation is the foundation of your personalised nutrition journey. This in-depth, one-to-one session allows me to gain a complete picture of your health, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a practical and sustainable plan tailored just for you.
What the session includes
Comprehensive Health & Lifestyle Assessment
We’ll discuss your medical history, current health concerns, eating habits, digestion, sleep, stress levels, activity, and any relevant test results or medications.
Dietary Analysis
I’ll review your current diet and identify any nutritional gaps, imbalances, or patterns that may be affecting your energy, mood, or overall wellbeing.
Goal Setting
Together we’ll establish realistic, measurable goals; whether that’s improving digestion, managing weight, managing type 2 diabetes, balancing hormones, managing PCOS or simply feeling your best.
Personalised Nutrition Plan
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a clear, evidence-based nutrition plan designed around your lifestyle and preferences. This may include:
- Macronutrient recommendations
- Meal and snack recommendations
- Key nutrients to focus on
- Supplement guidance (if appropriate)
- Practical strategies for lifestyle change
- Recommended fitness goals suited to your lifestyle
Follow-Up Guidance
You’ll also receive information on what to expect in the following weeks and how to track your progress. Follow-up sessions are recommended to review results and adjust your plan as needed.

No-Consultation Plan

This service is designed for individuals who want a fully personalised, professional nutrition plan without booking a live consultation. Everything is completed by email, making it ideal for busy schedules, different time zones, or those who prefer written communication.
Your tailored plan is built using a comprehensive ‘no-consultation form’, allowing me to understand your health history, lifestyle, goals, dietary habits, preferences, and challenges in detail. Once your form is reviewed, I’ll create a structured, easy-to-follow plan based entirely on your unique needs.
I will email for any follow-up questions or clarification, ensuring you feel supported throughout the process.

Your Follow-Up Consultation is designed to review your progress, fine-tune your nutrition plan, and provide continued support as you work towards your goals. This session ensures your plan evolves with you, helping you stay motivated, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting results.

We’ll discuss your experience since the initial consultation, including any changes in symptoms, energy levels, digestion, weight, or overall wellbeing. - Dietary and Lifestyle Adjustments
Together, we’ll evaluate what’s working well and where further improvements can be made. Your plan will be refined based on your feedback, preferences, and progress. - Addressing Challenges
Any barriers, cravings, or difficulties you’ve faced will be explored, and we’ll develop practical strategies to help you stay on track. - Updated Nutrition Plan
